With over 20 years' experience as a psychologist and business owner, there's not much I haven't seen (or mistakes I haven't made) when it comes to running a private practice. But experience alone isn't what makes me a successful business coach.

I bring my full open and honest self to our meetings, what you see is what you get. That means I'll share with you what hasn't worked for me and my clients, as well as what as what I think will work. I have my own business support and I draw on that regularly to benefit you as well. I also keep an eye on helpful books and resources.

My approach is based on self-compassion. That's not to say you get away with murder, but it does mean I don't buy into the motivational crap we've all grown weary of having shoved down our throats. I'll support you, I'll challenge you, and I'll help you grow (in whatever way 'growth' is defined by you). All with an eye on preveting business owner burnout.

Most importantly, I want you to fall in love with your business again. I want you to earn the financial freedom and time-flexibility that drew you to work for yourself in the first place. And I want you to stop feeling so damned isolated!

I offer business coaching support through individual coaching sessions, or via my suite of group coaching programs. My primary focus is supporting private practice owners, but I am also keen to assist small business owners in any field.

Therapy Support

My books are rarely open for new therapy clients, but I do tend to accept a small number of new therapy clients most years. My therapy work is limited to providing therapy to other mental health professionals, with a focus on business burnout or perinatal mental health. However, my team at The Crawley Clinic and our colleagues at Crawley House welcome your therapy enquiries.
