Let’s get you thinking about WHO you want to recruit, HOW you can look after them, and WHY culture is the answer to it all. In this course, I tell you how I’ve built my team, and discuss how my practice became a Finalist for the Allied Health Awards (2021) Team Culture Excellence Award.
Session 2 covers how former team members can become ambassadors for your business, and I even share how I continue to recruit team members without advertising for staff.
Session 3 focuses on graceful exits, and how you can support your team members when it is time for them to move on (which they will).
