Arthur has registered as a psychologist after graduating from his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. He is now completing the Clinical Registrar program and is pursuing an endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist. Arthur espouses the evidence-based practice; he has just commenced his PhD studies with a special focus on (chronic) pain-related mental health issues.

Arthur incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Play Therapy into his practice with all age groups and for a range of mental health conditions. He also conducts psychological assessment for various developmental and intellectual difficulties. Arthur is multilingual and is proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Arthur was a national-level athlete in Hong Kong (a gentlemen kickboxer!) and participated in multiple international competitions. He also won a gold medal in the East Asian Games. Arthur loves sports and is very active in his free time. If you get him talking, he would be very happy to share some of his exercise tips with you too!
